Quality Control Manager (with AutoCAD Proficiency)

Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

Create and revise technical drawings in AutoCAD.

Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with the production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS standards,

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct audits and support internal and external quality assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

15 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D drafting).

Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.

Familiarity with quality standards (., ISO 9001, ASME, etc.).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
