Quality Control Manager (with AutoCAD Proficiency)

Responsibilities:

€¢ Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.

€¢ Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

€¢ Create and revise technical drawings in AutoCAD.

€¢ Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

€¢ Coordinate with the production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

€¢ Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS standards,

€¢ Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

€¢ Conduct audits and support internal and external quality assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

€¢ 1€“5 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.

€¢ Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D drafting).

€¢ Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.

€¢ Familiarity with quality standards (., ISO 9001, ASME, etc.).

€¢ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

€¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

€¢ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
