Handling Quality Control teamProvide training to team members as per need.Take feedback from team members at the end of day about activities done.Review and revision of SOPs and formats work instructions.Maintain and records of documents.Investigate customer complaints, provide time bound resolution and ensure adherence toQuality Parameters.Implementation of CAPA.Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.Coordinate & support on side audits conducted by customers and other external agencies.Discussing inspection results & conclusion with production and manager.Reject all the incoming raw materials that fails to comply quality expectations & report toconcern dept.Ensure products meet customer satisfactions as per requirements and specification.Carried out stage wise & final stage inspection and issued a COA at final stage.Maintain 5S system for continuous improvement.Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and conducting audits to maintain quality standards.Controlling waste and minimizing redo jobs by implementing effective quality checkingprocedures during production.PreferredDomain: Flexible Packaging, Shrink Sleeves, Lami Tube, Tetra Packs, Pouch

Complete Knowledge of LDPE Film, LDPE Courier Bag, Paper Bag ( GSM, Dart, BS etc )

Excellent knowledge about QC/QA of Concrete Design Mixing, Client/site handling, must have knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete and Parameters, Material Testing and Client Grievance handling. Must have worked with RMC business and can speak and read Hindi fluently. Must have good communication and Customer Relations skill.
