Lead and manage a team of 8-9 line and visual inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate QC reports, inspection records, and documentation. Identify, control, and manage non-conforming products, including segregation and disposition. Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Handle customer complaints, ensuring timely analysis, response, and closure. Ensure implementation and compliance with APQP documentation and processes. Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO / IATF standards. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure process quality and continuous improvement. Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rates, rework, and customer returns. Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection instruments. Train and guide inspection team on quality standards, tools, and procedures. Maintain proper traceability and documentation control as per compliance requirements.

Job Description:-Supervision: Oversee daily fettling operations, allocating work based on production schedules.Dimensional Accuracy: Ensure finished castings meet specified dimensions, removing flash and defects.Quality Control: Inspect castings and collaborate with quality teams to reduce rejections.Tool Management: Oversee the maintenance of grinders, pneumatic tools, and blasting machinery.Experience: Generally 1-3+ years in a foundry setting, often specifically in Sand casting.Skills: Proficiency with fettling equipment and knowledge of casting standards

Responsible for ensuring quality standards in the manufacturing of HDPE Pipe and components. The role includes monitoring raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet technical specifications and industry standards.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:- **Conducting Inspections:** You will be responsible for inspecting products at different stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- **Documenting Findings:** After inspections, you will document your observations and findings in clear reports to track any issues or defects.- **Collaborating with Production Teams:** You will work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues and help identify solutions to improve processes.- **Performing Tests:** Running tests on products to check their durability and functionality will be key to ensuring that they meet quality requirements.- **Maintaining Equipment:** You will assist in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or irregularities in products. Additionally, a diploma and a willingness to learn about quality control processes are required. CNC turning machine operation ,Turning & Threading work as per drawings Reading technical drawings Basic dimension checking Material Handling , CNC Operation , CNC Controller Set tools, offsets, and basic machine parameters on CNC machines. Ensure all parts are produced as per drawing dimensions and tolerances. Carry out basic inspection of components using measuring instruments.
