Key Responsibilities

Set up and align dies on die casting machines as per production schedules

Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal casting quality

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot setup-related issues

Ensure die alignment accuracy to reduce defects and improve output

Maintain setup logs, production records, and quality compliance documents

Follow safety standards and support preventive maintenance activities

Coordinate with the production and QC teams for smooth operations

🎯 Skills Required

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on die casting knowledge

Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to identify casting defects and process variations

Problem-solving skills with focus on quality improvement

Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance
