Job Description:-

Supervision: Oversee daily fettling operations, allocating work based on production schedules.

Dimensional Accuracy: Ensure finished castings meet specified dimensions, removing flash and defects.

Quality Control: Inspect castings and collaborate with quality teams to reduce rejections.

Tool Management: Oversee the maintenance of grinders, pneumatic tools, and blasting machinery.

Experience: Generally 1-3+ years in a foundry setting, often specifically in Sand casting.

Skills: Proficiency with fettling equipment and knowledge of casting standards
