JOB DESCRIPTION - Quality Control Incharge Functional Area  Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection  Quality Control & Assurance Management  Team Supervision (Line & Visual Inspectors)  Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Management  Customer Complaint Handling & Resolution  APQP & Quality Documentation  QMS Implementation (ISO / IATF)  Quality Reporting & Compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Conduct and supervise inspection of manufactured parts at incoming, in-process, and final stages.  Lead and manage a team of 8-9 line and visual inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.  Prepare and maintain accurate QC reports, inspection records, and documentation.  Identify, control, and manage non-conforming products, including segregation and disposition.  Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).  Handle customer complaints, ensuring timely analysis, response, and closure.  Ensure implementation and compliance with APQP documentation and processes.  Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO / IATF standards.  Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure process quality and continuous improvement.  Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rates, rework, and customer returns.  Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.  Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection instruments.  Train and guide inspection team on quality standards, tools, and procedures.  Maintain proper traceability and documentation control as per compliance requirements.
