We work with Intricate jewellery casting, sculptural detailing, fine enamel work, glassblowing, stone carving, marquetry & inlay form the soul of our bespoke production.Responsibilities: Review and comment on all initial and pre-production samples, requesting and signing off all product/safety testing/labelling and certification within a critical timeframe Ensure that QA processes are suitably accounted for within the product critical path to meet product launch dates, taking a commercial view where necessary to meet deadlines and manage costs Create supplier guidelines to ensure consistency across sourcing, production, testing, packaging, auditing Undertake necessary supplier/factory visits as and when required. Conduct warehouse inspections as and when required, ensuring suppliers are complying with set AQL Review and analyze customer returns data, sharing information with relevant teams and taking action to improve where necessary Support the marketing/brand teams with accurate product messaging Communicate regularly with suppliers to monitor the production process, ensuring correct procedures are followed and troubleshooting any issues as they arise in a timely manner Work closely with our Finance and Buying teams to understand the suppliers account status, considering credits and debits prior to making decisions Communicating regularly with Buying/Design at each stage of product development and production, highlighting any issues that may affect orders and delivery datesRequirements: Have proven 7+ years of experience in QA/QC, Product Testing or Product regulatory/legislative compliance.
