1 Prepare, implement and review quality system SOPs and ensuring compliance with legal and global standards 2 Review / Prepare QA plans and evaluate their accuracy. Make necessary amendments to the plan3 Build/Design QA plans for critical projects in accordance with the standards, codes and guidelines adopted by the company, such as ASME, NBIC etc.4 Review applicable regulations and statutory requirements to assure quality of products in order to minimize rejections, failures, reprocessing, and market complaints on finished products5 Interacting with customer to address the Quality concerns and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken internally6 Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specific specifications are met7 Performing quality review of completed products and control records of critical process steps before release of the product to the customer8 Lead activities to improve the Quality system so site certifications are maintained or reached9 Troubleshoot quality problems and support production to address issues with timely corrective actions10 Organize and conduct internal quality audits for product and process to close the non-compliances raised during the audits12 Responsible for investigation and resolution of any deviations/NCRs from the required processes and quality related complaints.
