Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all mechanical maintenance and engineering activities within the facility.Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.Plan and manage mechanical projects, upgrades, and capital expenditure activities.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.Coordinate with production, electrical, quality, and safety teams to achieve operational goals.Prepare maintenance reports, project updates, and performance metrics for management review.Lead, coach, and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and reliability engineering principles.

Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Representative (MR) Duties: Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities during system audits; lead internal Management Review Meetings (MRM) with senior leadership.System Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure all plant or corporate processes align with ISO and other industry-specific compliance standards.Documentation & Control: Design, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, work instructions, and documentation control frameworks across all departments.Internal Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute regular internal system audits; train internal auditors and evaluate audit findings.Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): Track non-conformances (NCs) raised during audits, facilitate root-cause analysis with department heads, and monitor the timely closure of CAPAs.Process Improvement: Review operational metrics and KPIs across production, quality, maintenance, and HR to recommend continuous process improvements.
