Hiring Freshers || Manager Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all mechanical maintenance and engineering activities within the facility.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.

Plan and manage mechanical projects, upgrades, and capital expenditure activities.

Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Coordinate with production, electrical, quality, and safety teams to achieve operational goals.

Prepare maintenance reports, project updates, and performance metrics for management review.

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and reliability engineering principles.
