Compliance Monitoring: Ensure SAP support activities are in line with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Interpersonal Collaboration: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and leadership to drive SAP support issues to resolution in a timely manner. Stakeholder Management: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, ensuring alignment with goals, milestones, and deliverables. IT Project Lifecycle Understanding: Understand the key phases of IT projects (such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) and apply this knowledge to SAP support processes. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure detailed records are kept for all support activities, including status reports, audits, and compliance checks. Problem Resolution: Assist in the identification of SAP-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them promptly. Ownership and Accountability: Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership in the successful completion of SAP support
