To work on Translation related CAT tools. The management of multiple localization projects in a fastpaced environment. Helps facilitate the Project Manager in the day to day running of projects. Monitoring and controlling projects status.

The Program Associate supports all Program Department activities including the Foundations Projects , Program, grants, and advocacy efforts. helping to build local / corporate / Medical partnerships; supporting / ensuring all programs are working toward the Foundations mission to expand opportunities for young people to learn, thrive, and succeed. Oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, charts, infographics and multimedia elements used for marketing, advertising, sales and other forms of communications. Calculates project cost estimates based on materials and resources required; maintains pricing list or system for recurring or standard projects. Consult with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope and develop project deliverables and timelines. Ensure the layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices Oversees the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing and assigning projects. Ensures finished projects align with customer and project requirements before product leaves department for printing, delivery, and/or distribution. Attends design consultation meetings for unusual or large-scale projects. Assists team members with projects as needed. Performs other duties as required. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
