Job DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified Associate Project Manager cum Team Lead, withminimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, to manage the team and provide effectiveguidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating teammembers on a day-to-day basis.As an Associate Project Manager, you will be the point of contact for all team membersand internal stake holders, so your communication skills should be excellent. You shouldalso be able to take decisions proactively to ensure smooth team operations andeffective collaboration. As a team lead, you will be responsible and assisting the ProjectManager for all Project deliverables, and day-to-day execution of the project, inaddition to providing effective Technical support and Mentoring of the team.You will be working in a demanding and exciting environment that is creative andflexible, but still detail oriented and vital to the success and strength of the company.Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in managing the projects Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives Responsible for finalizing and documenting requirements from customers Implement high-level requirements using robust solutions, within predefinedtimelines, and scope limitations Spearhead and Co-ordinate development activity required for the Project(Automation scripts, Tool development, etc) Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team Communicate with customers as necessary, which includes participation incustomer calls in US time zones (varied zones) Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design, analysis and otherdocumentation Update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issuesproactively at the sprint level Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule Remove the technical impediments Provide support and communication via email, phone, and in person Participate in customer sup
