PPC Engineer

Experience in Hydraulic Pneumatic , hoses, valves , flanges , SS/CS fittings.

Job Responsibilities

� To achieve & maintain smooth services coordination between offer division and production by proper planning of all materials with safe operating workplace.

� Preparation of Schedule in Microsoft Office Excel and Monitoring of Progress.

� Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months Look-Ahead Schedule.

� Updating Actual Progress and All Related Information & Comparison Analysis.

� Review And Forecast Material as Per the Order and Conduct Contract Work As Per requirement And Try To Do Not Brake Continuity Of Work Of Production.

� Regularly analyses order plans and doublechecks available stock of material, parts and components.

� Reducing absolute inventory to conduct monthly inventory ageing meeting and act on it to consume material as soon as possible.

� Planning and coordinating materials with production and SCM department.

� Scheduling deliveries of Raw materials by specified time to begin production on time.

� Have knowledge of ERP system, Mechanical drawing and BOM preparation.

� Vendor follow up for readiness of material and final product.
