job responsibilities

� to achieve & maintain smooth services coordination between offer division and production by proper planning of all materials with safe operating workplace.

� preparation of schedule in microsoft office excel and monitoring of progress.

� preparation of weekly; monthly & three months look-ahead schedule.

� updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis.

� review and forecast material as per the order and conduct contract work as per requirement and try to do not brake continuity of work of production.

� regularly analyses order plans and doublechecks available stock of material, parts and components.

� reducing absolute inventory to conduct monthly inventory ageing meeting and act on it to consume material as soon as possible.

� planning and coordinating materials with production and scm department.

� scheduling deliveries of raw materials by specified time to begin production on time.

� have knowledge of erp system, mechanical drawing and bom preparation.

� vendor follow up for readiness of material and final product.
