Designation: Production Planning ENGINEERReporting to: Plant HeadResponsibilities:1) Maintain master copy file2) Issue work order on time 3) Give proper delivery date for work order to sales department on time and maintain delivery date 4) Check in-process quality and PDI (Pre dispatch inspection) so that there will be no quality complaints. 5) Consume all RED tags items, paper roll counters, balance papers, rejected paper time to time 6) Machine maintenance(monthly/weekly/quarterly) should be done and record should be maintained 7) Floor should be cleaned, neat and proper labeling should be done in each department for FG/in-process material 8) Rejection report with parts/million (PPM) SHEET.9) First part approval for all stages should be maintained in file (like, printing, rs4, punching, rotary and stitching).10) Actual consumption of material vs calculative consumption report11) No Machine should be broken down more than 1 hour (co-ordination with all supplier and get the job done of machine etc.) all machine related maintenance should be done immediately. 12) Co-ordinate with purchase and dispatch department for material required and material to be dispatched on urgent basis 13) Give purchase requirement (PR) to purchase department and following up the same.14) Check all production report (book) made by corrugation contractor 15) Proper manpower planning, no excess man power should be planned and should get work done with target bases, if require change manpower or debit the same. (Also planning for manpower when load is more, do overtime call on Saturday etc. production should not hamper.) 16) Provide monthly stock statement and OEE report.17) Any other work given by director
