As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our STARMATES range of Agricultural and Garden Equipment across various markets. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving sales support, managing field activities, and enhancing brand presence.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach via cold calling, emails, and social media. Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. Sales Generation: Actively identify and engage potential clients to promote our chit schemes and drive sales. Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to approach customers for collections and provide exceptional customer service. Lead Development: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.Market Expansion: Attend networking events to attract and retain clients, identifying new revenue opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and to search

To promote available Chits schemes, identify potential customers, explain the chit schemes and benefits to customers, enrol customers chit groups, followup payments for monthly chit instalments, motivate & guide customers to make online payments, verify customers KYC, Income Source and paying capability, Bid the chit when customer need of money, explain and collect the required documents for releasing chit amounts and provide service to the customers, etc.We are looking candidates with good marketing/Sales exposure who can do chit fund marketing. Experience in Chit Funds/Financial sector will be preferable.
