Our client is Indias largest manufacturer of PV Ribbon and Busbar, delivering premium interconnect solutions to solar module manufacturers across the globe.With over four decades of metallurgical expertise since our inception in 1982, They have evolved from our roots in copper and aluminium wire production to become a trusted leader in solar interconnect technology.Selected candidate will be looking after 100-150 factory plant workers supervisors involved in manufacturing process and must have minimum 03 yrs. of handling manufacturing plant operations with skills as follows......Reviewing recommendations for special machinery and working with engineering teams to improve products and processesParticipating in plant expansion, equipment planning and conversionMonitoring and testing various plant processesControlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the companySetting performance goals and expectationsEnsuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plantParticipating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shippingBuilding trustworthy relationships with employeesStaying up to date with the latest production trends, technology and best practicesCo-ordination with various departments like manufacturing , quality, stores, purchase, maintenance, suppliers, etc. to ensure smooth & efficient operations.Develop and implement systems and policies for daily operations.

Ground staff at an airport play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and safe airport operations and providing excellent customer service. Their responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, boarding, and providing information and support throughout their journey. They also coordinate with other airport departments and flight crews to maintain efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:Passenger Service:Greeting passengers, providing information about flights and airport procedures, assisting with check-in and boarding, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. Baggage Handling:Tagging and loading luggage, coordinating with ramp staff, and assisting with lost or delayed baggage. Flight Coordination:Communicating with flight crews, monitoring boarding and departure schedules, and ensuring on-time departures. Safety and Security:Ensuring compliance with airport safety protocols, conducting security checks, and assisting in emergency situations. Special Needs Assistance:Providing support to passengers with disabilities, elderly passengers, and those traveling with children. Other Duties:Maintaining cleanliness and order at the gate, stocking aircraft with supplies, and performing other tasks as needed.
