Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Service:
Greeting passengers, providing information about flights and airport procedures, assisting with check-in and boarding, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
Baggage Handling:
Tagging and loading luggage, coordinating with ramp staff, and assisting with lost or delayed baggage.
Flight Coordination:
Communicating with flight crews, monitoring boarding and departure schedules, and ensuring on-time departures.
Safety and Security:
Ensuring compliance with airport safety protocols, conducting security checks, and assisting in emergency situations.
Special Needs Assistance:
Providing support to passengers with disabilities, elderly passengers, and those traveling with children.
Other Duties:
Maintaining cleanliness and order at the gate, stocking aircraft with supplies, and performing other tasks as needed.
