Role & responsibilities:1. Program Development and Implementation:Designing and writing PLC programs using various languages (ladder logic, function block diagrams, etc.).Implementing and configuring Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for operator interaction.Testing and debugging PLC programs in simulated and real environments.2. System Integration and Commissioning:Integrating PLCs with sensors, actuators, and other devices.Overseeing the installation, testing, and start-up of automated systems.Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.Calibrating instruments and devices for accurate operation.3. Maintenance and Support:Updating PLC programs to accommodate changes or improve efficiency.Providing technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.Performing preventive maintenance on PLC systems.Documenting programs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.Backing up PLC programs regularly.4.
