We are seeking a skilled PLC Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Ghaziabad, India. The ideal candidate will have an I.T.I. qualification and a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers.Key Responsibilities:- **PLC Programming**: Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various automation projects to ensure efficient operation of machinery and processes.- **Troubleshooting**: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PLC systems and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.- **System Integration**: Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate PLC systems with existing machinery and software for seamless operation.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and programming manuals to ensure compliance and ease of future troubleshooting.- **Testing and Commissioning**: Conduct tests and evaluations of PLC systems to verify their functionality and performance, making necessary adjustments as required.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of electrical circuits and automation processes.
