Coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams. Cost control, productivity improvement, and reporting to management. Required Skills: Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering. Experience in fabrication, signboard, structural steel, or engineering manufacturing units. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and structural works. Ability to manage factory operations and workforce. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills. Bond Period: Minimum 1 Year (if applicable by company policy)

Develop project plans with accurate resourcing and work schedules. Develop method of work statements and processes for all projects undertaken. Develop Maintenance Philosophies. Develop Asset Registers, hierarchies and classifications from P&IDs, PFDs, single line drawings and other data sources. Prepare for and conduct Preliminary Criticality Analysis studies. Prepare for and conduct maintenance strategy analysis (Failure Modes and Effects analysis, RCM, criticality, etc.) using proprietary software. Develop maintenance strategies. Development of Planned Maintenance Routines for core discipline. Construction of planned maintenance program. Assist with workload smoothing and man-power projections. Perform spares analysis for critical equipment.

DESCRIPTIONJob Description: Engineer/Senior Engineer - Service:-Job Briefing and Descriptions Mechanical/Electrical Engineer must have minimum of 3-5 years Service experience in Climatic Chambers or Commercial refrigeration. Diagnostics and service repairs for Environmental Chambers, Altitude Chambers, Walk-In Chambers including cascade systems. Provide planned maintenance AMC services for contract customers. Upkeep the equipment as per the AMC guidelines. Assist with the Installation and start-up of new equipment. Temperature & Humidity calibration process. (NABL Accredited) Preparation of Repair/AMC quotation and tender.Job Requirement:- Knowledge of PLC programming Controllers, Compressors, Valves and Refrigerants. Basic knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, Safety & Power tools experience. Applicant must be self-motivated. Work with limited supervision. Interest in moderate travel. Candidates must have Written & Oral communication skills. Computer proficiency (MS Office) and Communication SW tools.Preferable & DesiredCandidates with refrigeration experience from good companies can be considered

Responsibilities : In charge of Executing the Sample Programme (Both Knits and Wovens) Interacting with inter departments across factory (Quality/ Fabric/ Purchase/ Materials/ Stores/ Shipping etc). Good understanding in fabric quality approvals, production planning, sample & shipment. Experience in preparing MIS/ Dashboard for daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews.
