Safely manage pyrophoric reagents, Raney nickel, and operate pressure reactors (autoclave) in line with company policies Oversee and ensure thorough cleaning of production areas, maintaining compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor and maintain environmental conditions on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Implement and uphold basic current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily operations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure smooth workflow and minimise downtime. Maintain accurate records of production activities, Including Batch records, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
