Role OverviewThe Clinical Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journeyfrom initial consultation to conversion and follow-up. Patient Consultation & Counselling Welcome clients warmly and conduct initial counselling sessions. Understand patient concerns, expectations, and medical history. Clearly explain available treatments (lasers, skin, hair, anti-aging, slimming, dental, etc.). Recommend treatment packages as per clinic protocols and patient needs. Ensure patients are well-informed about procedures, benefits, risks, and post-care.2. Sales & Conversion Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings and registrations. Maintain a high conversion ratio through professional counselling and rapport-building. Promote ongoing offers, packages, and membership plans.3. Patient Experience Management Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk for smooth patient flow. Ensure high standards of hospitality and patient satisfaction. Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure proper consent forms are signed before procedures.4. Documentation & Reporting Update CRM/records with patient details, consultations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate logs of conversions, revenue, and daily activity. Submit counselling and sales reports to management.5. Clinic Coordination Assist in managing appointments and treatment room readiness. Maintain strong communication with the medical team for smooth operations. Support camps, workshops, open houses, and promotional events.6. Professional Conduct & Grooming Maintain excellent grooming, body language, and communication. Follow clinic SOPs, confidentiality, and ethical standards. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Patient consultations and engagement. Patients follow up. Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners) Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient. Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM. Ensure 100% adherence to schedule. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and Patient queries.CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE (MUST-HAVES): Graduate, preferably BDS 0-2 years of experience. Excellent communication skills. Must be patient, positive, and professional. Ability to set and meet goals.

Prepare monthly roster of the psc staff in coordination with PSC incharge. To make a OT list (as per sceh protocols) Coordination with Surgeon, anesthetist, ot incharge, ward in charge for scheduling and making OT list. To Take daily round in PSC (general and private) To generate PSC QMIS on timely basis with analysis, Analyze the incident reporting with CAPA by concerned in-charge. To ensure that instruments and equipment in psc to be available in a proper condition with stock inventory. To take theory and practical classes of COP students who is posted in PSC. Responsible for enforcing & ensuring adherence to all patient care protocols. Indenting and maintaining inventory of consumables, stationary, other supplies providing for their optimal use. . Responsible for orienting & coaching juniors to maintain the standard. To be able to manage crisis but in case of doubt/ queries escalate to Supervisor. Conducting periodic meeting for the staff to discuss various issues and initiate solution for issue that affect patient care Implementation of Biomedical Waste Management related rules. Sanitation & hygiene as well as overall cleanliness and taking steps for prevention of Hospital Acquired Infection Monitor patient feedback and complain and ensure that the corrective and preventive actions initiated by the patient To ensure that every staff gives maximum accuracy in performance/patient satisfaction and implements dress code, hospital service rules, policies, systems, office orders, circulars.
