• patient consultations and engagement.

• patients follow up.

• good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (braces and aligners)

• identify the needs of patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

• handle inbound and outbound calls to patient.

• create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the patient in the crm.

• ensure 100% adherence to schedule.

• write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and patient queries.
