We are committed to providing accurate, timely, and cost-effective testing services to our patients.## **Job Role**The Phlebotomist/Pathology Laboratory Technician will be responsible for drawing blood, labeling specimens, and ensuring the safe transport of samples to our laboratory for testing. Processing of samples when the candidate is stationed at the lab.Preferred candidate profile## **Requirements**- Certification in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT / B.Sc. SMC Compounding incoming materials in process and finished product properties checking Testing and ensuring the quality as per customer requirements Testing Knowledge of chemicals and handling sophisticated instruments like universal testing machine, Muffle furnace, HDT, pH Meter, SPI Gel Testing Device, etc.

Lab Technician ko medical lab mein kaam karna aana chahiye. Should understand patientcare aur sample collection ki knowledge, filing aur receipt creation aana chahiye.

Assist with overseeing Laboratory Staff and all technical operations of the laboratory to ensure efficient, effective and uninterrupted laboratory operations. Ensure laboratory results maintain a high level of integrity and validity to provide safe and quality results to clinicians and patients. Assists programs to plan, design and implement the installation of new or improved laboratory techniques. Directs preparations of various qualitative and quantitative reports and records as per regulatory SOP. Responsible for laboratorys training programs to include competency assessment program, safety program, hazardous waste management, chemical hygiene plan and injury prevention program.

Job Profile: Medical Laboratory TechnicianResponsibilities and Duties- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment- Transport the samples collected to labOR Sample Receiving, processing, interpretation and reporting (Biochemistry, Immunology, Clinical pathology, serology, Microbiology, Accessioning)-Daily quality control, instrument handling and maintenance-Performing routine and advance diagnostics test-Troubleshooting of equipments and Instruments-Coordination with QA during internal and external audit and compliance as per GLP-Ensuring Turn-around time of laboratory test and adhering to it-Identify bottle necks in work flow that can affect smooth functioning of department and proactively address the issue and inform superiors in time.-Prepare and maintain SOP for Test as per quality Instructions-Maintain MIS as per requirement-Organize and attend Seminar and trainingsRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications-DMLT/ MLT/ CMLT Student-Having good experience in Blood collection-Confident & good communicatorPatient handling educationUG: B.Sc - Any SpecializationPG: Post Graduation Not RequiredDoctorate: Doctorate Not RequiredDiploma (Preferred)
