Consultant Pathologist

Assist with overseeing Laboratory Staff and all technical operations of the laboratory to ensure efficient, effective and uninterrupted laboratory operations.

✔ Ensure laboratory results maintain a high level of integrity and validity to provide safe and quality results to clinicians and patients.

✔ Assists programs to plan, design and implement the installation of new or improved laboratory techniques.

✔ Directs preparations of various qualitative and quantitative reports and records as per regulatory SOP.

✔ Responsible for laboratory’s training programs to include competency assessment program, safety program, hazardous waste management, chemical hygiene plan and injury prevention program.
