Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Oracle OSM Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the telecom domain and order management lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and configure Oracle OSM cartridges (Order Fulfillment, Order Transformation, Order Decomposition).Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve OSM related issues in development and production environments.Integrate OSM with other Oracle products and external systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST).Participate in deployment activities and provide post-deployment support.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Required Skills:48 years of experience in Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management).Strong experience in OSM cartridge development, XQuery, XSLT, and Order orchestration.Good understanding of OSM data model, orchestration plans, and order lifecycle.Experience with OSM interfaces (SOAP/REST, JMS, WebLogic).Knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS stack is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.Preferred Skills:Experience with Oracle Communications suite (BRM, UIM, ASAP) is an added advantage.Exposure to CI/CD and version control tools (Git, Jenkins).Good communication and documentation skills.
