Java Spring Boot Developer

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirement and estimate timelines

• Work closely with cross functional teams like design, testing, business analysis, server support to deliver tasks on time

• Take part in Code review process

• Work with team members on problem solving and arrive with optimal solution

• Implement microservices with scalability

• Take part in Scrum meeting and represent progress of API team

• Create applications with minimal bug and with maximum efficiency

• Learn upcoming and advanced concepts and implement in projects

• Knowledge in CI/CD is an added advantage

• Understand and Maintain existing Java Spring Boot application, Take part in new module development or New project development

Requirements

• Should have proven track record of completing projects on time in Java Spring Boot

• “Ready to Learn” attitude is a must

• Should have worked in at least 5-7 Java spring boot projects

• Should have good understanding of Containers concept

• Experience in writing RESTful APIs with security measures, Implementation of JWT authentication, Interceptors

• Working knowledge of Oracle/Mysql and NoSql (Mongodb) is required.

• Experience in designing and writing microservices is an added advantage

• Experience in running scheduled background jobs

• Sound experience in following coding standards and process standards

• Should have experience in handling OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities, Data encryption

• Should have experience in integrating Java Spring Boot application with Third party systems

• Should have real time experience in concepts like Middleware, Message queues, Cache

• Experience in Microservices architecture is added advantage

• Ability to technically initiate, lead, motivate and mentor as part of a team

• Should have experience in developing and deploying projects in SCRUM methodology

• Should have good communication skills and a team player.
