We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day activities of our business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, optimize internal processes, and contribute to smooth cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a crucial part in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve productivity and service quality.Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Process ManagementMonitor and evaluate existing operational processes and workflows.Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.Ensure all operations follow company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.2. Coordination and SupportCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, finance, and HR to ensure seamless operations.Support the execution of company projects and initiatives.Coordinate meetings, compile reports, and prepare operational documents.3. Data Analysis and ReportingCollect and analyze operational data to assess performance.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs and operational metrics.Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

RoleWere looking for an Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, youll be responsible for setting up an online campaign, including but not limited to uploading creative content, conducting quality checks, and reviewing and approving advertisers creative materials. Youll coordinate with various teams like creative, account and campaign managers, reporting, OMS, and finance for campaign setup and management.Responsibilities Verify and approve the creative advertising material the clients/advertisers provide. Upload the creative material on the ad server, so the content can be published on the websites. Traffic ads on the network websites and partner networks. Troubleshoot malfunctioning creative material with the help of our in-house creative team or through the account management team. Screen the ad-based content on the allowed creative specs. Directly communicate with different teams like account management, ad delivery, and campaign management in regard to campaign performance. Provide screenshots to the clients once the campaign is launched. Actively participate in team meetings and use an innovative approach to take care of team issues.Qualifications Professional degree, preferably MBA/MTech. Basic understanding of the online advertising industry. Fair knowledge of VDX tv's technology. Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to listen in conversations with stakeholders Strong work ethic, hunger to learn, and drive to constantly improve Problem solver and doer Self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team where members are accountable to each other Team player who works well
