Organizing Fundraising Events: Planning and executing fundraising events is a key part of your job. 4. Maintaining Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with current donors to encourage ongoing support is essential for sustaining our fundraising efforts.5. Reporting and Analysis: You will track fundraising progress and prepare reports, providing insights on what strategies are most effective.Required Skills and Expectations:We need a dedicated female applicant with 1 to 7 years of experience in fundraising over the phone. A minimum education of 10th pass is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with an ability to work well with diverse groups of people. You should be self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A genuine passion for social causes is vital to succeed in this role.

Profile Summary:Your role is to manage the ongoing projects and support project implementation of PWF. Your daily work would be management, administration and proper documentation of the activities of PWF and also donor management and reporting.Job Responsibilities: Identify potential donors and collaborators and build them into permanent relationships and networking. Develop proposals and presentations for potential donors and collaborators. Assisting the CEO to ensure the projects are completed on time and within the budget. Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff & collaborators. Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor & organization. Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes. Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor. Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project. Employs resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions. Represent the organization at forums and networks with sector/ non-sectoral representatives for greater outreach. Daily reporting to CEO and management as per instructions .
