Role OverviewAs a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will represent Learning Lights Initiative in public spaces, workplaces, and events to inspire people to support our mission through regular or one-time donations. Youll be the frontline voice of our cause, connecting with potential donors and turning conversations into lasting change for children.Key ResponsibilitiesApproach and engage members of the public in streets, corporate offices, events, and other venues.Clearly communicate the mission and impact of Learning Lights Initiative.Inspire individuals to become regular donors or make one-time contributions.Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions.Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising targets.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, resilience, and comfort working outdoors and on the move.Passion for education and social impact.Prior fundraising or sales experience preferred but not required (training provided).

Expectations:1. Will be responsible to generate unique Pharmacist & Pharmacy Assistant leads from organised/unorganised retail pharmacies and also generate references from the same.2. To ensure that 100% leads (candidates) are generated and share daily leads generation tracker with the Regional HR Head.3. Present the leads generated to joining conversion snapshot on/before 25th of every month with the corporate hiring team.Requirements:1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail volume hiring/NGO connects/mobilization of candidates/any other field lead generation experience (not necessarily hiring)2. Age: less than 35 years old3.
