Quality Engineer (Male)

As a Quality Engineer, you will focus on maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing process and overseeing incoming quality assessments.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications. You will assist in identifying issues, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality. Regularly inspecting incoming materials and parts will also be part of your duties, ensuring that they meet established quality standards before they are used in production.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques. A diploma or equivalent from an ITI is required, and candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and reporting quality issues.

This position requires you to work on-site in Chakan, Pune, and you should be prepared for fieldwork, which may include inspections and audits at various locations. As a full-time role, standard working hours will apply, along with designated weekly offs.
