A)Fabrication Quality Control & Inspection

1)Strong knowledge of bending, cutting, rolling, welding inspection

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings & specifications

2)ISO 9001 Quality Management System

3) Hands-on experience in ISO 9001 documentation, implementation & audits

4) Knowledge of quality manuals, SOPs, CAPA, and quality plans

5) Problem Solving & PCM / CAPA Handling

6) Experience in in-house and customer PCM (Problem Counter Measure)

7) Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective & preventive actions

8) Quality Documentation & Record Maintenance

9) Maintaining inspection reports, calibration records, rejection analysis

Statistical quality data recording & reporting

B)Supplier & Incoming Material Quality Control

01)Defining raw material quality requirements

02)Inspection & testing of incoming/bought-out materials

03) Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

C)Monitoring manufacturing processes for quality compliance

01)Reducing rejection levels through continuous improvement initiatives

D)Auto CAD & Technical Coordination

01)AutoCAD knowledge for understanding drawings

02)Coordination with production, logistics & customers for quality compliance

Experience : 3 to 5 years in Fabrication Industry

Salary Range : CTC to Lac / Year
