Implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards

Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing construction activities

Review drawings, specifications, and method statements

Ensure compliance with IS codes, client requirements, and project specs

Perform and monitor material inspections and testing

Raise and track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure closure

Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality issues

Conduct internal audits and support external quality audits
