Looking For Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at our Shiroli MIDC location in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Quality Assurance**: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain product standards and reduce defects.

2. **Monitoring and Testing**: Conduct regular inspections and testing of products, documenting results and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

3. **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

4. **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and compliance reports to ensure traceability and accountability.

5. **Training and Support**: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control measures and procedures to enhance overall team performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a degree and have a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying problems and proposing solutions. Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate should be able to work independently while also being a team player. Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards will be a significant advantage.
