Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

Conduct inspections and quality audits of products, processes, and materials.

Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Review and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.

Coordinate with production, design, and supplier teams to resolve quality concerns.

Perform failure analysis and recommend process improvements.

Support customer complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution.

Participate in internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
