Looking For MEP Engineer

We-relookingforanMEPengineerwhocanworkthroughdesign,drawings,and coordination, not just execution after the building is done. This role is focused on planning, detailing, and making sure all MEP systems are properly designed, coordinated,andintegratedintotheoverallprojectfromearlystagesthroughsite execution.

What they-ll do:

- Develop and review MEP layouts and drawings for hotel projects

- CoordinateHVAC,electrical,plumbing,firefighting,andlow-currentsystemswith architectural and interior drawings

- Prepare,review,andupdateMEPdrawingsastheprojectevolves

- Identify clashes and coordination issues and work with consultants, designers, and

site teams to resolve them

- ReviewincomingMEPdrawingsandensuretheyalignwithdesignintentand project requirements

- Visitsiteregularly tocheck executionagainst drawingsand specifications

- Support site teams with clarifications, revisions, and technical guidance

- Trackchangesandensuresmoothcoordinationbetweendesignandsite

What we-re looking for:

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field

- 3+yearsofexperienceinbuildingservices,preferablyhospitalityorlarge-scale projects

- Strong understanding of MEP systems from a design and coordination perspective

- Comfortable reading, preparing, and coordinating drawings

- Experience with AutoCAD

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Clear communication and ability to work across multiple teams

- Site experience combined with strong drawing and planning skills

This role is a coordination and leadership role. Candidates for this position should havegoodoverallknowledgeofallMEPservices,astheywillbecoordinatingthefull MEP scope and leading the site teams.

Alongwiththeoffice-basedMEPEngineerrolementionedabove,wearealsohiring site-based MEP engineers for our projects.

Site-based engineers can either:

- Specializeinonearea(HVAC,Electrical,orPlumbing)andhandlethatwork across multiple sites, or

- Have working knowledge of all MEP services and be responsible for one site
