Job description 1. Conducts beneficiary registration & updates details in IT enabled application.2. Screening of patients of age 30yrs and above for RBS and BP measurement for diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension3. Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. Conducts laboratory tests (simple pointof care tests) as per the protocols and also as advised by the Medical Officer.4.
