Sales Executive ( Aesthetic Industry) Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Executive to own our lead pipeline end-to-end - from first response to closed revenue - across facial procedures, body contouring, breast surgery, hair restoration, MedSpa, and aesthetic gynecology.Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to all inbound leads (Meta ads, walk-ins, website, WhatsApp) promptly and consistently- Own the sales funnel - track every lead through enquiry, consultation booking, conversion, and follow-up- Use CRM daily to log lead status, update stages, and maintain clean, current records- Monitor the performance marketing agency's campaign output - lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality - and flag issues proactively- Track revenue against targets; maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting- Handle pricing conversations and objection-handling using approved scripts and SOPs- Coordinate consultation scheduling with the clinical team- Identify gaps in lead capture (e.g., untracked walk-in/WhatsApp enquiries) and help close themRequirements- Prior experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or a similarly high-ticket consultative sales environment- Working knowledge of CRM tools (lead entry, pipeline stages, reporting)- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion tracking- Comfortable reviewing basic ad performance metrics (leads, CPL) with a marketing agency- Strong follow-up discipline and objection-handling skills- Excellent verbal and written communication (English + Gujarati/Hindi)- Female candidates preferred- Available Mon-Sat, 10 AM-8 PMWhat We Offer- Fixed salary up to 6 LPA + performance-based incentives on revenue targets- Direct exposure to premium aesthetic sales at a growing clinic brand
