The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the earthmoving or construction equipment industry, and strong negotiation and vendor management skills.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective purchasing strategy aligned with business goals. Review, approve, and process purchase orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. Lead and supervise the purchasing team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs. Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received. Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements. Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and OEM vendors. Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on quality, service, delivery, and price. Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely supply chain operations. Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and service departments. Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Stay updated with market trends, price movements, and vendor innovations. Travel to vendor locations and expos for sourcing and relationship building. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain audit-ready records. Introduce and oversee adoption of modern purchasing tools and technologies.________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce/Engineering; MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred. Minimum 810 years of procurement experience in Earth Moving Machinery or Heavy Equipment dealership. In-depth understanding of technical specifications and parts procurement for brands like JSB, Hitachi, Komatsu, CAT, CASE, etc. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle). Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. High level of integrity, accountability, and detail orientation. Carrying out inspections activitiesPreparation Inspection reports for the inspection carried out (like raw material inspection, NDT reports, Painting reports etc.)Interaction with clients, contractors.Ability to acquire and use market knowledge.Study drawing for new projects.

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. Key responsibilities include setting up machines, selecting and loading program, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production process, and ensuring quality control of finished products. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in CNC machining, a diploma in a related field, strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings, and a good understanding of machine operations. The candidate should also demonstrate problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
