Understand and analyze the customer needs to provide the right technical solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Manage pre- and post-sales support including after-sales service coordination. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiate close deals effectively. Report regularly on sales pipeline and customer feedback to the management
