Analyse the datao To shortlist and implement the most suitable solution Responsible for Statutory complianceo To make schedules for preventive maintenance asper factory complianceo To regularly Inspect the corrosive storage tankso To conduct basket balancing of the centrifugeo To facilitate and ensure compliance of external testing of pressure vesselso To validate HVAC system and its documentationo To calibrate/maintain the lifting of tools and tackles, material hoists-weights andmeasures of mechanical balances Responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenanceo To prepare and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for critical equipmento To ensure compliance of the preventive maintenance checklisto To maintain MTBF of critical equipmento To troubleshoot if MTBF is not according to standardso To periodically check the glassline integrity of reactor Responsible for planning and execution of Breakdown maintenanceo To facilitate the work permit approval processo To allocate manpower to attend to the breakdowno To perform a Root Cause Analysis of the breakdown and ensure the smooth functioningof the plant with minimum downtimeo To document the same and recommend in CAPA Identify new methods and design processes to reduce costso To continuously identify new methods to save budgets and also identify newervendors with good quality supplieso To reduce procurement of spares based on knowledge of equipment history Support during erection and commissioning of new plants/projectso To lead the designing and specification of new equipment

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:Install various access control devices.Program Access Control Panels & SystemsInstall various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systemsInstall & Program DVR Recording UnitsInstall cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings).Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.Dress and route cable into closets and control rooms.Firestop various types of cable penetrations.Perform other duties as required.

Should have 2 to 3 years of exposure as a chemist in bulk drug manufacturing sector .

Major Job Responsibilities: Able to carry out Preventive/Predictive/Break down Maintenance of chemical Equipments Hand on experience in Installation and Maintenance of Glass lined Reactors/Stainless Steel reactor Hands on Experience in Assembling and maintaining Glass lines and Graphite Equipments Should able to diagnose and trouble shoot problems in different types of Pumps, Blowers, Filter Press and ANFs. Able to Fabricate and fitting of different MOC Pipe lines like PPR/PPH and PP/FRP/HDPE. Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed. Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly. Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction. Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations. Teamwork, as a mechanical fitter may be required to collaborate with other fitters on larger projects Compliance with Companys Health & Safety policy and procedures. Flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.
