o to conduct basket balancing of the centrifuge

o to facilitate and ensure compliance of external testing of pressure vessels

o to validate hvac system and its documentation

o to calibrate/maintain the lifting of tools and tackles, material hoists-weights and

measures of mechanical balances

 responsible for planning and execution of preventive maintenance

o to prepare and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for critical equipment

o to ensure compliance of the preventive maintenance checklist

o to maintain mtbf of critical equipment

o to troubleshoot if mtbf is not according to standards

o to periodically check the glassline integrity of reactor

 responsible for planning and execution of breakdown maintenance

o to facilitate the work permit approval process

o to allocate manpower to attend to the breakdown

o to perform a root cause analysis of the breakdown and ensure the smooth functioning

of the plant with minimum downtime

o to document the same and recommend in capa

 identify new methods and design processes to reduce costs

o to continuously identify new methods to save budgets and also identify newer

vendors with good quality supplies

o to reduce procurement of spares based on knowledge of equipment history

 support during erection and commissioning of new plants/projects

o to lead the designing and specification of new equipment
