major job responsibilities:

• able to carry out preventive/predictive/break down maintenance of chemical equipments

• hand on experience in installation and maintenance of glass lined reactors/stainless steel reactor

• hands on experience in assembling and maintaining glass lines and graphite equipments

• should able to diagnose and trouble shoot problems in different types of pumps, blowers, filter press and anfs.

• able to fabricate and fitting of different moc pipe lines like ppr/pph and pp/frp/hdpe.

• utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.

• creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.

• conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.

• replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.

• adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.

• teamwork, as a mechanical fitter may be required to collaborate with other fitters on larger projects

• compliance with company’s health & safety policy and procedures.

• flexible to transfer to any other duties considered necessary to meet the needs of the business.
