Aluminum Alloy Manufacturing SupportMaintain melting/holding furnaces - burner management systems, recuperators, thermocouples, charge well tilting mechanisms.Manage molten metal contact components (launders, troughs, spouts, degassing rotors) - preventive change-outs to avoid refractory failures.Maintain casting equipment: water cooling systems, mold tables, hydraulic shears, billet handling.Ensure hot work and molten metal area safety protocols are integrated into all maintenance permits.4.
