Maintenance Engineer

• Plant Maintenance, strategy, policy, process and procedures to improve its operational performance.

• Ensure that all Machines, Equipments, site infrastructure is fully functional and maintained well.

• Develop and execute a Preventive Maintenance Schedule, plan and effectively adhere to Daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, annual schedules and resolve any missed maintenance activities.

• Handle the process of New Machine and equipment Introduction efficiently right from preparation of spec, to managing suppliers during installation and liaising suitably with all relevant agencies.

• Ensure that relevant training is organized from the respective supplier for the new Machine or equipment and both the concerned Operator and the Maintenance staff are well versed in it.

• Manage recording of all Machine and Equipment data storage while maintaining high level of Standards and accuracy.

• Ensure timely communication of all issues and observations through conduct of meetings, or presentations or documented alerts to the respective personnel or Management.

• Ensure that any complaint highlighted is recorded immediately and a time bound response and action is committed for any Breakdown and records of all such action are maintained to document performance standard.
