Job Title: Transformer Production TraineeJob Purpose:To assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of transformers while gaining hands-on experience and developing technical expertise in transformer production processes.Key Responsibilities:Transformer Assembly:Assist in winding coil assemblies and assembling cores.Support insulation installation and tank fabrication.Work on assembling auxiliary components as per design specifications.Quality Control:Conduct basic inspections of transformer components during production.Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and rectify minor defects.Learn the use of testing equipment for initial validations.Technical Support:Aid senior engineers in troubleshooting production issues.Help prepare reports and logs documenting assembly and testing results.Training & Development:Participate in training sessions focused on production techniques, safety protocols, and quality assurance.Gain knowledge of industry standards like ISO, IEC, and other quality frameworks.Collaboration:Work closely with production teams to meet manufacturing deadlines.Coordinate with supervisors to ensure seamless workflows.Required Skills:Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Familiarity with production tools and machinery (training provided).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.Freshers or candidates with 01 years of manufacturing experience are preferred.Positive attitude towards hands-on learning.Work Environment:Production floor or workshop-based role with exposure to assembly tasks and testing equipment.Opportunity to advance to skilled roles with experience and training.
