As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will include:- **Installation and Configuration**: Set up and configure equipment on-site for customers, ensuring everything works correctly from the start.- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise, providing quick and efficient solutions to minimize downtime for clients.- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Regularly perform maintenance checks and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about system operation and maintenance.- **Documentation**: Maintain clear records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, for future reference and compliance.- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with other engineering teams and departments to share information and ensure seamless support for clients.To succeed in this role, you should have:- A Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) related to the field of study.- 2 to 4 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably in a relevant industry.- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and familiarity with engineering principles.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.- A detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in documentation and service delivery.- A willingness to work from the office and engage in hands-on activities regularly.

Experience: Minimum 23 years specifically on Sensor Pavers (Hydrostatic/Mechanical).Technical Skill: Must understand Mat Quality (preventing segregation/bumps) and how to handle different bitumen temperatures.License: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.Teamwork: Ability to direct the screed helpers and dumper operators effectively.

Any stream (preferably Electronics and Electrical Branch candidates) for the role of field service engineer To carry out maintenance, installation & commissioning and breakdown services for our products at the customers premise. Male candidates will be preferred. This is Field role and it is mandatory for the candidate to have a license and vehicle of their own.
