As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure equipment on-site for customers, ensuring everything works correctly from the start.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise, providing quick and efficient solutions to minimize downtime for clients.

- Maintenance and Repairs: Regularly perform maintenance checks and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about system operation and maintenance.

- Documentation: Maintain clear records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, for future reference and compliance.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other engineering teams and departments to share information and ensure seamless support for clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering () related to the field of study.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably in a relevant industry.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and familiarity with engineering principles.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- A detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy in documentation and service delivery.

- A willingness to work from the office and engage in hands-on activities regularly.
