An automotive service manager coordinates activities of auto personnel, conducts research and testing procedures on effective auto equipment maintenance, and ensures the customers vehicle complies with environmental laws and government regulations. Automobile service managers also evaluate cost of maintenance; review and submit proposals of modifications to manufacturer or vendor, as well as obtain all types of automotive equipment such as supplies, materials, and parts needed to maintain and repair automobile. They also keep the equipment, garage and storage facilities clean and maintained, prevent operational delays in repairing equipment; interview, hire and train employees; assign, plan and direct work schedule of staff; and assure that the service personnel works in accordance to organizations policies and other applicable laws. Automobile service managers also address complaints and resolve problems raised by customers; as well as assure clients of maximum efficiency and productivity in repair and maintenance services offered.

Responsibilities: Physically pack all orders and arrange stocking of materials to ensure they meet all the SOPs. Daily track ongoing shipments according to customer requirements and measure the SLA as per the transporter Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders in the ERP on a daily basis Perform weekly stock reconciliation and submit ageing report to the management Responsible for packing and labelling the inventory as per the SOP and storage of goods in the warehouse as per the racks Liaison with the courier for receiving and dispatching the inventory Keep complete records of all materials that goes inward/outward through the warehouse. Track reverse logistics, prepare dispatch relation documentation such as Challan, Way Bill, Reverse Sales orders Tracking warranty of the stock and take care of replacement of the stock from service center wherever applicable Physically pack all orders and arrange stocking of materials to ensure they meet all the SOPs. Daily track ongoing shipments according to customer requirements and measure the SLA Onboard new logistics vendors and do rate comparison as and when needed Prepare MIS reports -Stock ageing, dispatches, returns managementRequirements: 4+ years of experience in logistics management required. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehousing ERP software. Good management and organizational skills.
